Contacts and answers for your Questions

1. The Overall ICPP9 program from Sunday July 3 to Friday July 8 was placed on the meeting website in mid-February, with the most recent version (Draft 30) being dated February 23, 2016. This schedule should be considered as final except for possible minor changes if something has been overlooked.

2. Most participants should be able to determine the time of their presentations to within 2 hours by looking at when the specialized symposia and Plenary/Award lectures are scheduled.

3. Contributed Oral Presentations will be given on Monday afternoon and Poster Presentations will be on Tuesday and Thursday at the end of the day.

4. A more detailed program with the specific time of individual talks should be available and on the web before the end of this month.

5. An official confirmation of hotel bookings was sent by email from the SPP office in Dijon. If this was not received, you should contact the SPP office (spp@u-bourgogne.fr).

6. Official invitation letters, if needed for a business visa, need to be requested directed from the meeting Chairman, Zhongping Ou ICPP9China@126.com, or from the meeting secretary, Yuanyuan Fang icpp9fangyy@126.com.

7. A tourism visa, which does not need an invitation letter, is highly recommended. For accompanying persons, a tourism visa is the only possibility.

8. Questions about the schedule, travel, or anything related to the meeting should be directed to the Chairman (ICPP9China@126.com) and Meeting Secretary in China (icpp9fangyy@126.com) (and not to K. Kadish).

9. Questions on adding a roommate, accompanying person or purchasing a new banquet ticket should be directed to the SPP office (spp@u-bourgogne.fr) wth a copy to the meeting secretary (icpp9fangyy@126.com).

10. Questions about registration payments should be directed to Thierry Lenzin (events@fontismedia.com) who is handling the collection of funds through at FontisMedia.

11. Decisions on student grants will be made before the end of April, with the notices of awards coming from the SPP office (spp@u-bourgogne.fr) in Dijon.
