Below is a summary of several policies and deadlines with respect to the meeting. It is possible that the guidelines and deadlines listed below may undergo some modification prior to the meeting. Therefore, you should check this page on a regular basis.

Deadlines to Consider

December 15, 2021: Registration Open
January 1, 2021: Abstracts accepted for all presentations
February 22, 2021: Early bird registration ends

March 1, 2021: Abstract deadline
March 7, 2021: Registration must be completed for all those giving presentations*
March 15, 2021: Decisions made on new oral presentations
March 15, 2021: Site opens to upload** accepted recorded talks and posters

May 3, 2021: Deadline for uploading POSTER presentations.
May 10, 2021: Deadline for uploading CONTRIBUTED ORAL presentations.
May 17, 2021: Deadline for uploading INVITED ORAL & AWARD LECTURE presentations.

June 12, 2021: Site open to view recorded talks and posters for registered participants
June 26 - July 2, 2021: Live section of Virtual Meeting open

*Participants must be registered to present a paper at the virtual meeting or to have their abstract included in the book of abstracts. Individuals who have not completed their registration by March 7, 2021 will have their abstracts automatically withdrawn.

** Detailed instructions to be provided after March 1, 2021.

September 1, 2019: Registration Open

June 28 – July 3 2020 - Conference
*Participants must be registered to present a paper at the meeting or to have their abstract included in the book of abstracts. Individuals who have not completed their registration by March 7, 2020 will have their abstracts automatically withdrawn.


Cancellation Policy on Meeting Registration
Prior to March 1, 2021: Full refund minus 10% service fee
Between March 1 and April 30, 2021: 50% refund
Between May 1 and May 27, 2021: 25% refund
After May 27, 2021: no refund possible
