Important Dates (last updated February 8, 2010)

Below is a summary of several policies and deadlines with respect to the meeting. It is possible that the guidelines and deadlines listed below may undergo some modification prior to the meeting and you should therefore check this page on a regular basis.

August 1, 2009 - early meeting registrations accepted
August 1, 2009 - first hotel reservations accepted
December 1, 2009 - abstracts accepted for all presentations
January 15, 2010 - abstracts needed from all invited speakers
February 1, 2010 - abstracts needed for contributed oral presentations
February 15, 2010 - abstracts needed for poster contributions
February 15, 2010 - deadline for "early" meeting registration ends
February 15, 2010 - abstracts needed for poster contributions
March 1, 2010 - extended deadline for abstract submission
March 1, 2010 - initial scheduling of symposia and oral presentations
March 15, 2010 - tentative program to be available on website

July 4 - 9, 2010 - Conference


Cancellation Policy on Meeting Registration
Prior to April 1, 2010 - full refund minus 10% service fee
April 1 - May 1, 2010 - 80% refund of paid amount
May 2 - May 15, 2010 - 75% refund of paid amount
May 15 - June 1, 2010 - 50% refund of paid amount
June 1 - June 30, 2010 - 25% refund of paid amount
July 1, 2010 - no refund possible


Cancellation Policy on Hotel Reservation
Reservations for the desired room type should be made directly at the hotel using the link to the site for discounted ICPP-6 rooms. No credit card is needed to make the reservation which will be held until February 15 and guaranteed after payment of Full Registration fee or deposit in the case of Basic Registration.

Rooms not guaranteed as indicated above are subject to cancellation on February 15, 2010 or upon reaching the maximum number of allotted rooms if this should occur earlier.

The balance due for the hotel rooms (with or without the deposit) can be made at the meeting, to the ICPP-6 Secretariat or directly to the hotel upon check-in as will be determined later.


Cancellation Policy on Hotel Deposit
Prior to February 15, 2010 - full refund minus $15 service fee
February 15 - April 1, 2010 - full refund minus $50 service fee
After April 1, 2010 - no refund possible.
