Below is a summary of several policies and deadlines with respect to the meeting. It is possible that the guidelines and deadlines listed below may undergo some modification prior to the meeting. Therefore, you should check this page on a regular basis.

Registration must be completed for all those giving presentations* |
June 22 - 27, 2014 - Conference
*You must be registered to present a paper at the meeting or to have your abstract included in the book of abstracts. Individuals who have not completed their registration by March 7, 2014 will have their abstracts automatically withdrawn.
Cancellation Policy on Meeting Registration
Prior to March 1, 2014: Full refund minus 10% service fee
Between March 1 and May 22, 2014: 50% refund
Between May 22 and June 8, 2014: 25% refund
After June 8, 2014: no refund possible
