>> Important information

1) Once you register for the meeting through the ICPP9 website, you cannot go back and add a hotel room to the original reservation. You must then go through the SPP-Dijon website for the hotel booking.

2) New hotel bookings for people who have not reserved through the ICPP9 registration website require a minimum 3-night stay.

3) You may extend your already booked discounted 6-night reservation for a Saturday arrival one night before the meeting and/or a Sunday departure one night after the meeting at the SPP-Dijon hotel booking site.

4) You may also add an accompanying person and banquet ticket by going through the SPP-Dijon site above.

Because the availability of specific hotel rooms and/or room types cannot be guaranteed after March 1, 2016, you should book early.

Also note that the cancellation policy for the hotel booking is different than for registration, and are given below.

- prior to March 1, 2016: full refund minus 10% service fee
- between March 1 and April 1, 2016: 50% refund
- after April 1, 2016: no refund possible
