*You must be registered to present at the meeting or to have your abstract included in the book of abstracts. Individuals who have not completed their registration by May 1, 2012 will have their abstracts automatically withdrawn.
Cancellation Policy on Meeting Registration Prior to April 1, 2012: Full refund minus 10% service fee
May 15, 2012: 50% refund
June 30, 2012: 25% refund
After July 1, 2012: no refund possible
Hotel Reservation
Rooms cannot be arranged through the conference organizers. Therefore, reservations for the desired room type should be made directly with the hotel (the link to the Hotel will be added sson).

This link allows bookings to be made for discounted ICPP-7 rooms. All attendees are required to make their own hotel reservations. A list of conference hotels is provided on the conference website under “Accommodation- Hotel Plan for ICPP-7”.
