Below is a summary of several policies and deadlines with respect to the meeting. It is possible that the guidelines and deadlines listed below may undergo some modification prior to the meeting. Therefore, you should check this page on a regular basis.


Deadlines to Consider
October 1, 2017: Abstracts accepted for all presentations
November 1, 2017 : SPP-JPP & John Shelnutt 'Young Investigator Awards’ application deadline
December 15, 2017: Abstracts required from Invited speakers
January 15, 2018: Abstracts required from contributed oral presentations
January 30, 2018: Registration from Invited speakers completed
February 15, 2018: Abstract deadline for poster presentations
February 15, 2018: Early bird registration ends
March 7, 2018: Registration must be completed for all those giving presentations*

July 1 - 6, 2018 - Conference
*Participants must be registered to present a paper at the meeting or to have their abstract included in the book of abstracts. Individuals who have not completed their registration by March 7, 2018 will have their abstracts automatically withdrawn.

Cancellation Policy on Meeting Registration
Prior to March 1, 2018: Full refund minus 10% service fee
Between March 1 and May 22, 2018: 50% refund
Between May 22 and June 8, 2018: 25% refund
After June 8, 2018: no refund possible

Cancellation policy on hotel booking
This will be determined by the hotel and will be posted later.
