The ICPP14 block of negotiated price rooms at the RIHGA Royal Hotel Kyoto includes breakfast and accommodation tax when making either a deposit** or a fully paid reservation at the same time as ICPP14 registration or through the SPP Office.

Standard Twin
Regular floor (floors 3-9). Equipped with comfortable 2 twin beds (110x195cm).
Room size: 22 square meters

Superior Twin
Regular floor (floors 3-8). Equipped with comfortable 2 twin beds (120x195cm). These rooms can also accommodate up to 3 persons by adding a sofa-bed. These rooms are best suited for families and groups.
Room size: 27 square meters

Deluxe Twin
Regular floor (floors 3-8). Equipped with comfortable 2 twin beds (120x195cm). These rooms can also accommodate up to 4 persons by adding a sofa-bed and 1 extra-bed. These rooms are best suited for families and groups.
Room size: 30 square meters

Additional Saturday nights June 27 & July 4 will include a supplement of between 10,000 and 12,000 JP¥ per room.
**Remaining payment
will be invoiced on March 1, 2026 and will include a 5% service charge, with full payment made by April 1, 2026, to avoid a late fee. Payable by card, in Japanese Yen, to the SPP Office.
