										                Abstract Submission										    
									      Subsidized and Full Registrations:
										      You may submit one abstract for an oral presentation and up to two posters.
                                          Postdoc Registrations:
                                          You may submit up to two abstracts for poster presentations. (If desired, one of the two abstracts may be submitted as a contributed  oral presentation for possible upgrade to a short oral. This will be determined  by the organizing committee for selected registered Postdocs).
                                          Student Registrations:
                                            Students are limited to two abstracts for poster presentations only.
                                          
                                          First go to the Abstract Submission page and then navigate to the button titled Generate your abstract submission password for ICPP-14.” For your first ICPP14 abstract submission, click on Create your abstract submission account. After entering your email address and pressing submit, you will receive a randomly generated password, which you then enter on the Abstract submission page followed by I have already submitted an abstract for ICPP-14 and have a password. Once your email is registered, the same password can be used for all future submissions. 
                                            The deadlines for invited symposium oral submissions and contributed oral presentation submissions are January 15, 2026, and March 1, 2026, respectively. The deadline for poster submissions is March 1, 2026; however, earlier submissions are recommended for students seeking registration assistance grants. Abstracts will still be accepted after these deadlines and considered on a space-available basis. 
                                            All authors’ names must be included in the abstract submission form, not just the presenting author. This can be corrected by revisiting the original submission; if not, the missing co-authors' names will not appear as contributors in the published program book. The contributing author should double-check the spelling of all co-author names, ensuring that first and last names are not reversed on the web submission form, as contributor indexing in the program book will be alphabetical by last name. 
                                          Contributing authors should also remember that the presenter must complete a paid registration for their talk or poster to be officially accepted and scheduled. As in previous ICPP meetings, each participant with a Subsidized or Full Registration is limited to one oral presentation and two posters. 
                                            Multiple participants from the same lab can submit a total of two posters per participant. Additionally, students should not request an oral presentation, as it will not be approved. Formal acceptance notices for the abstract as an oral presentation or poster will be sent to all presenting authors in the spring, after payment of registration fees.
